Welcome to the 2009 PopSugar 100! It is our third year making the list, and this time we decided to spice things up by having readers vote on a playoff format bracket to narrow down the list from 128 finalists all the way to number one. Our bracket matched up everyone from Heidi Montag vs. Angelina Jolie to Robert Pattinson vs. Jennifer Aniston. More than 20 million votes were calculated to make the 2009 PopSugar 100 truly unique in showcasing just who had the biggest year in Hollywood — as it turns out, no one is immune to Twilight fever!
