Some time ago, Robert Pattinson had a Facebook account.
But shortly thereafter, Rob's account was hacked, and a large quantity of personal information (and even more personal conversations) were retrieved and posted elsewhere on the web.
Out of respect for Rob's privacy, I will post none of it here.
But the word today from my friends in the know is that Twilight's blood-thirsty star has a new Facebook account.
But good luck finding him.
He may be back on Facebook, but he isn't "Robert Pattinson."
Rob is rumored to have signed up under a pseudonym and now communicates freely with his closest friends without the intense glare of the public spotlight constantly over his shoulder.
So the next time you get poked by someone new to Facebook... it just might be Robert Pattinson.
