Paparazzi Hounded Robert Pattinson On Set

Poptv.com was once again on the scene of Robert Pattinson’s new movie ‘Remember Me” on July 2,2009. This was day 10 of shooting, which for the first 7 minutes, showed his co-star Emilie de Ravin filming her scene.
Then at about the 7 minute mark, Robert Pattinson came out of his trailer to shoot his scene which took about an hour to setup. The paparazzi were all in the street trying to get their photos of him,but this scene required them to get out of the street. People working on the movie set, had to constantly tell them to back, and get out of the street numerous times before they finally cooperated.
The scene itself, was pretty interesting. It showed how they add that background music to particular scenes. It showed Robert filming for about 11 minutes. Then at the 18 and half minute mark, it showed him walking back to his trailer. And that was another hectic day of Robert Pattinson on the set of “Remember Me” in New York City.

Robert Pattinson Gives Paps And Fans The Slip In NYC

Robert Pattinson took a much-needed break from the fan and media scrum that surrounds him earlier this week. The actor reportedly managed to shake off his many loyal followers and make a low-key trip “with a pack of guys” to watch Jump Into the Gospel play at New York’s Webster Hall.“He was totally normal and just hanging out, wearing a baseball cap. Nobody noticed him or made a fuss at all,” an onlooker tells Page Six.
But on Wednesday it was business as usual as Rob continued to shoot new movie Remember Me.
Sporting his pretend cuts, bruises and a black eye, the Twilight star was back to being the centre of attention as he filmed scenes on the rooftop of a Lower East Side apartment building.

Twilight and New Moon's Robert Pattinson relied on 3 bodyguards in Cannes amid riot of 700 people

It's not easy being Robert Pattinson. While the Twilight and New Moon actor has showcased his talent to the world through a series of projects, he still must deal with everyday things like walking down the street while avoiding a stampede of fans. In a new interview Pattinson opens up and discusses being surrounded by 700 people who "crowded together at the entrance to the restaurant of the beach" where he was having lunch. He relied on 3 bodyguards who had to literally carry him in order to take him safely to his car.
The interview reads as follows:
Heartthrob Robert Pattinson, who has become a superstar thanks to the ‘Twilight’ saga, is in Cannes, and the least we can say is that he has fans absolutely everywhere, especially a few thousand on the Croisette (name that French give to Cannes), where every time he appears, he causes a riot.
Technikart magazine met the British star, who can’t get over the enthusiastic welcome which was given on the Croisette. Extracts.
“I was having lunch on the Carlton’s beach when 700 people crowded together at the entrance to the restaurant of the beach. It was funny, in a way… I was carried by three bodyguards to a car parked in front of the restaurant. They were literally carrying me; I wasn’t touching the ground anymore! It was really, really weird!”
“Everything has become more intense for six months, since ‘Twilight’ was released. It’s hard to handle what’s happening to me. I don’t have the necessary hindsight, even if only to find a way out to this situation. But this celebrity thing, you can’t fight it, it’s useless, you can’t avoid it. When it’s not something you desired during your whole life, or something you don’t aspire to, you’re free not to care about it. I didn’t sign for Disney. There’s not a stipulation which forces me to smile to the paparazzi.”
“Here, for the moment, it’s okay. I’d like to do things. But I don’t. I don’t like to be photographed. But I like the hotel… it’s the Hôtel du Cap. It’s like a job, I have business lunches. I leave restaurants in speedboat, like James Bond, it’s cool. I’m going to find time to see Tarantino’s movie. But I feel that being on the red carpet is going to ruin this pleasure too. I hate this in advance.”
