Robert Pattinson: ‘Some of my Fans Are Gross’

Robert Pattinson is amazed by the extreme lengths Twilight fans will go to in order to attract his attention.
The British hunk — who plays Edward Cullen in smash hit vampire movie franchise — is frequently freaked out by the behavior of some of his admirers.
“One time there were these four girls — in Chicago I think — and they had all scratched their necks until they bled, and then when they came up to me they had these bleeding scabs. It was gross,” he said.
Robert — who celebrated his 23rd birthday on May 13 — recently revealed his fears that he wasn’t paying enough attention to his legions of fans.
“I feel guilty because when you have hundreds of people looking to you, you have to live up to expectations,” he said.
“You see all these people that surround you and you think that one way or another you have to please them.”
