But the piercing screams he elicits as the vampire Bill Compton are nothing compared with the ire his recent comment to Marie Claire will produce from Twilight fans.
In a recent interview with the magazine, Moyer was asked about fellow vampire portrayer Robert Pattinson. The True Blood star said:
"He's a pussy! He's the Slim-Fast, Diet Coke of vampires."
Oh, Stephen. You have no idea what you've gotten yourself into, do you? If you think your fangs are sharp, just wait for the criticism Pattinson lovers are about to send your way...

I saw this article probably a month or so ago. I forgot where it was posted, but I posted a comment on how inappropriate a comment it was and I happen to be a fan of True Blood. I received a second hand apology from the board's moderator.
